During our Design Management course, we were tasked with identifying a gap in the market. We discovered a significant gap in camera equipment rentals in India between individual creators and large production houses. To bridge this gap, we developed our brand, Pano, which addresses the needs of both communities, making high-quality camera gear accessible and affordable for all.
To address this gap, we conducted detailed research, analyzing market size, refining our positioning, and developing a comprehensive business map and strategy. We then compiled our findings and vision into a pitch deck to showcase Pano as a solution that brings accessible, high-quality camera equipment to both creators and production houses across India.
